25 YEARS OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE TRAINING
 

Spring Training is Here

Youth athlete training, age groups range between 12-18. Sessions focus on teaching proper sprint mechanics and learning correct lifting techniques before advancing to more complex training. 

Sessions on weekday afternoons at 3:30 at our gym facility at Infrared Fitness. 

$300 plus tax for 10 sessions available for purchase below.

Program Variety

To exceed in the modern sporting world, athletes must be multi-dimensional. This is why our programs incorporated a variety of training, including strength and power training in the gym; speed training on the track; and mobility and recovery sessions in Infrared heat.

Expert Instruction

All programs are guided by Dave "Eli" MacEachern, who has been working with elite athletes for over 25 years. Our assistant coaches have apprenticed under his teaching for years and work closely with the athletes on a daily basis to ensure they get the most out of the program.

Monitoring 

All athletes undergo benchmark testing at various points of their programs in order to effectively monitor progress. Athletes also receive their programs on a mobile app, allowing them to monitor their metrics on a daily basis.

Our Facilities

GYM

Our gym is equipped with free weights, barbells, cardio machines, cable machines, core mats, and more, to ensure athletes get a comprehensive training regiment. Our programs also hit the track in the summer to work on our speed, quickness, and conditioning.

INFRARED HEAT

Conditioning, mobility, and recovery sessions are held in our far-infrared heated studio. Far infrared heat promotes blood flow, decreases inflammation, and helps the body regenerate after grueling training sessions. 

HYDROTHERAPY

Recover from workouts in our hydrotherapy room, equipped with a steam room and Coldture cold tub. View the hydrotherapy page below:
