HYBRID TRAINING PROGRAM

A fusion between Eli Sport training and Infrared Fitness classes and hydrotherapy. This is a great program for busy athletes that work full-time in the summer and need a lot of flexibility in their training schedule. The hybrid program includes:

  • 2-3 power speed workouts per week, programmed via mobile app.

    • Athletes can hop in with a group, or use our open gym services to get their workouts done.​

  • Unlimited access to Infrared Fitness classes, our parent company. Classes include:

    • Pilates, yoga, barre, hot athletica (HIIT), and​ more.

  • Recovery in our hydrotherapy room, featuring a cold plunge and steam room.

SAMPLE WEEK

Of course, you get to make your own schedule. But it might look something like this...

  • MONDAY

    • Full-body strength workout. Focus on upper body power and core.

    • Speed endurance training for cardio.​

  • TUESDAY

    • Hot Yoga class: improve balance, mobility, and flexibility. Also an excellent tool for recovery and injury prevention. ​

  • WEDNESDAY

    • Hot Athletica class: high-pace HIIT class in the Infrared heat, building core strength, anaerobic capacity, and boosting metabolism.​

    • Followed by a cold plunge and steam room session.

  • THURSDAY

    • Full-body strength workout. Focus on lower body power and explosiveness.​

  • FRIDAY/ SATURDAY

    • Pilates class: strengthen and tone muscles through small, deliberate movements and holds. Another weapon in our arsenal of injury prevention tools.​

    • Followed by a cold plunge and steam room session.
